Bring those far away subjects in close. The TC-DC58B converts the focal length of the body lens by a factor of approximately 1.5 (35 mm film equivalent at maximum telephoto: approximately 648 mm) when attached. The TCDC58B Telephoto Lens Converter screws into the front of the S2 IS's existing lens to provide greater magnification (1.5x), for those times when you are shooting distant subjects that you do not want to disturb, such as children, pets, or wildlife.
I would want to review other people's experience with this product. I would want to know if it did what they bought this item to do. I would also want to know how the item performed and any difficulties they may have experienced with it. So far this item has lived up to our best expectations for it and we are pleased with our purchase.
